  • We are looking for someone from within Courier or cargo industry preferably sales background but open to candidates willing to switch from different stream of industry to sales side.
  • A go getter personality willing to travel frequently within assigned territory to acquire new business, sales retention and act as a single point of contact for customer from bringing customer on-board to getting invoices paid.
  • Must be confident enough to meet sales objectives and work as a team player. 

Job Description

  • Responsible for finding out the business opportunities in the areas of express and ecommerce logistics.
  • Engage with existing key account and seek opportunities to build new business with e-commerce customers.
  • Responsible for generating Sales leads, carrying out cold calls and visit prospective customers.
  • Plan monthly cycle to visit existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships.
  • Develop and generate sales for achieving the monthly target.
  • Interact with customers positively to resolve complaints.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
  • Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and customers.
  • Responsible for aiding successful pick-up and deliveries through strong follow-up with Operations.
