Job Description

  • Responsible for the campaign planning (Lifestyle, Electronics and Global Collection)
  • Work closely with Category Director and Category Managers to build a coherent campaign plan, including mechanics requirements and campaign themes to support the growth of the category
  • Build an onsite strategy plan and campaign calendar taking into account incoming product assortment including new arrivals, collection launches, clearance sales, new sellers/assortment & market competition
  • Create engaging and effective sales campaigns for customers/sellers based on performance and market trends. This includes managing page layouts, curating products/sellers and analyzing post mortem feedback
  • Coordinate campaign tasks across all departments and ensure all relevant information is communicated to team members and continual monitoring for progress
  • Take into account the channel assortment availability (long tail sellers, key accounts, brands and cross border sellers) for your campaign development and execution
  • Work with search team to improve optimization of search by analyzing popular searches and performance
  • Experiment with new initiatives to grow consistently/engage the customer base of the category (e.g. competitions, vouchers, flash sales, brand partnerships)
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop unique content ideas and illustrative material for onsite plus online marketing channels including SEO, SEM, Social Media, CRM, and influencers
  • Conceptualize, generate ideas and create mood boards (look and feel, style guide) for each campaign and collection launch
