- The role shall encompass providing leadership, direction and coordination. The incumbent shall be required to establish a climate in which students can develop self-responsibility and adopt the school’s culture.
- Interact with parents to inform them about performance of their children.
- Schedule and interact with parents and students periodically.

- Visionary with 360-degree managerial skills for exponential growth of school.
- Supervision of the school, its students, facilitators, professional and support staff, volunteers, and personnel from outside agencies.
- Work cooperatively with outside agencies such as competitive examinations, extra-curricular activities and any other events where the school might deem fit to participate.
- The Disciplinary authority, planning and monitoring intra-school, inter-school and inter-house sports and extracurricular activities competition.
- Coordinate the school assemblies on a regular basis and design the assembly schedule for the school.
- Cooperate with the board and administration in implementing all policies, procedures, and directives governing the operation of the school.
