• Manage onsite (web/app) communication (banners, push notification, search word, digital payment pages) relating to prepayment
• Manage onsite promotion rules
• Report generation and sharing with partners
• Initiative to improve prepayment success rate
• Support on coordination and collaboration to achieve departmental KPI

The best candidate will be:

• Checking for update in the client social media channels
• Coordinating with Admin team to get the MOU's signed
• Monitor payments channels and prepare reports.
• Work to incorporate and implement best practices for the Payments Channel
• Work with cross-functional department and leads to plan for the progress and implementation of Payments.
• A smooth talker; interpersonal skill (Speaking and Writing) and analytical skills.
• Tech enthusiast; should understand technical terms with ease and must be passionate about tech stuff
• Always on the phone; must love to talk to people on the phone and connect
• Bold; should be able to display confidence and take charge of situation, not hesitant to say "I will get back to you on this" for topics not sure about
• Think out of the box and Identify new areas of growth or service improvement within or beyond the scope.
• Drive collaboration and positive relationships between functions within Daraz in order to meet common business goals while sceptic enough to challenge current existing processes for better outcomes.
