Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact between the customers and the company. He/she shall be responsible for building long term relationships and identifying potential partnerships as well as answering to customer queries.

Requirements:

  • Provide quick and efficient service to the customer.
  • Should respond to any queries and give every information that a customer needs.
  • Answer queries in a polite and diplomatic manner. 
  • Must have a pleasant attitude.
  • Must be a quick problem solver and be able to resolve issues in a proper manner. 
  • You’ll be communicating a lot in both written as well as verbal English, so your English proficiency would need to be outstanding.
  • Fresher are also encouraged to apply.
  • Responsible for handling & recording customer details.

Working Hours:

Regular working hours are 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Sunday to Friday. However, the employee might have to work longer to meet deadlines or when business demands at times.
