Introduction

Viamo has a standard chart of accounts which is used by all countries and the software for accounting management is Quick books online.  All hard financial documents are currently housed in each country, but scanned copies of documents will be made available by the finance team.  

Scope of Services 

The Firm shall examine and carry out audit of the books of accounts of Viamo Nepal Pvt. Ltd. The Firm is required to provide the following services under this assignment 

• Checking and verifying whether the appropriate supporting documents, records and books of accounts relating to all employees and project activities have been kept and whether these documents clearly relate to the activities they were assigned for
• Checking and verifying whether the Tax/compliance with applicable laws is made or not.  
• The audits should be carried out in accordance with Nepal Standards on Auditing.
• Carry out legal services which are required as per the Government of Nepal.
• Any other statutory compliance related advice for the company.

Eligibility Criteria for the Firm

• With 5 years’ experience in auditing with International NGOs and private companies. registered in Nepal.
• With a team of Qualified Chartered Accountants and trained and experienced human power having previous experience in Quick books.
• With a team of lawyers and legal advisors able to ensure that we are in compliance with the government regulations and able to process the necessary legal documents as and when required.
