JOB POSITIONS
HEAD - INTERNATIONAL BUSINESSES (SENIOR MANAGER LEVEL or ABOVE) - 1 
This position will lead the team in identifying. planning and executing the expansion of the Bank network in International market and managing growth opportunities including for Remittance Business

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Extensive travelling to International markets for expansion of Bank Network through branches, subsidiaries or international tie ups. 
  • Responsible for entering into tie ups with International Financial Institutions for business growth. 
  • Extensive knowledge in Foreign Exchange business and International Regulatory requirements including AML.
  • Also responsible for developing remittance product including the planning and implementation of product strategies for Domestic and International market 
  • Establish/maintain relationship with Fintech Companies, international remittance gateways and correspondent bank. 
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a team 
  • Create and deliver a business model for NMB Bank including Digital Remittance and ensure a competitive Retail FX product proposition. 
  • Shall be able to own the segment and products and help to accelerate our growth into new markets. 
  • Design/Define and document business and operational processes, audit system changes, support governance and fraud operations. 
  • Ensure a robust process creation and execution to ensure risk controls of all types
  • Ensure creation of product documents and operating rules and regulations for the client's internal engagement across various functions including Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance and Business teams. 
  • Responsible for driving revenue and improving customer experience - Support new product launches in the Domain with detailed and regular communication to stakeholders. 
  • Take charge of projects to identify control gaps and support continuous process improvement. 

JOB ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Minimum master's degree in any discipline . 
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of total experience with at least 5 years of experience in managing International Businesses Or Remittance business with key role for business expansion and strategy formulation etc. 
  • Should be able to lead the team and ensure effective operation of department with vision to make NMB Bank one of the top banks in remittance business 
  • Age not exceeding 50 years as on 2nd March 2022.
