Job Description

The Marketplace team at Daraz manages the complete journey, experience, performance, and engagement of marketplace sellers for Daraz. We are seeking a talented team lead with strong analytical skills to support the compliance function regionally in order to build the right systems and processes for compliance.

  • Review and enforcement of standardized policies and guidelines across countries.
  • Set up strong compliance measures across countries to minimize policy breaches and identify gaps.
  • Run Bi-weekly Seller scorecard and indemnify the sellers on the order limits
  • Finalize the Financial Indemnifications as per payment cycle
  • Handle Growth Centre in Seller Centre
  • Handle Seller Appeals and Claims for financial and non-financial indemnifications
  • Build clear education plans for sellers in order to combat education gaps
  • Work with product and data teams to launch smart systems to identify fraudulent behavior

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters in any field (CA/ ACCA / Engineering preferred)
  • 3 plus years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and Data teams
  • Adapts well to fast-paced working environment
