Job Description

The Admin Assistant will maintain Warehouse Inventory, Billing, Receive  Goods, Load and Unload goods. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the inventory and keep records of stock. 
  • Prepare bills and invoices, challans, gate pass. 
  • Load and Unload goods. 
  • Receive and inspect goods. 
  • Submit weekly and monthly stock record. 
  • Submit requirement of orders to be placed. 
  • Ensure overall maintenance of warehouse.
