  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful 
  • Proven ability to complete projects and tasks according to outlined scope, budget  and timeline 
  • Business and commercial acumen and excellent client management skills 
  • A good team player and effective team leader who knows how to get work done  without being ‘bossy’ and to motivate their project team

Job Description

  • Planning and overseeing all projects within our organisation, from initial ideation to completion of the deliverables 
  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities 
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation 
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones and activities 
  • Managing project deliveries and generating project reports 
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client, ensuring client satisfaction 
  • Manage contracts with clients by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables 
  • Utilise industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution 
  • Execute offline marketing activities to promote our organisation and attract more clients
