The students are provided with a firm foundation through instructions imparted in an atmosphere conducive to learning. Discipline is strongly emphasized at the Excelsior.

Job Description

  • Develop of quality lesson plans and learning activities for students based on national, local and school standards
  • Keep up to date with the changes and development in the structure of the curriculum
  • Foster high-quality, and engaging form of discussions, bring in proven pedagogical approaches
  • Develop practical assignments, provide extra resource materials and ensure student's academic growth
  • Explaining mathematical concepts in easy and understandable terms to the students
  • Providing additional teaching support for slow learners
  • Evaluate and monitor student's performance continuously, and provide constructive feedbacks to improve their performance
  • Communicate with parents regarding student's progress periodically
  • Create a positive environment for students, where they feel comfortable for asking questions, and taking part in classroom
  • Perform other duties as assigned
