We are looking for a Naulo Bazar Ecommerce Marketing Manager with a background in Sales/Digital Sales, Marketing or Business. The person in this role has an eye for what will appeal to customers and uses an innovate approach to increase customer traffic. As the Ecommerce Marketing Officer, knowing how to organize and interpret data is key. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns
  
• Help create customer research databases
  
• Analyze research to target the best audience and maximize reach
  
• Identify, study, and test market patterns and trends
  
• Research competitors
• Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
• Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase
• Making good relation with clients
  
• Prepare daily, weekly and other periodic reports
