Job Requirements:

  • The applicant should have experience of onboarding existing client to the new service and maintain a mix of seasonal and full season clients and be able to devise strategy for new sales development. 
  • To excel in this role, he/she should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business he/she must be a strong believer or delightful services and must have strategic mindset to think around giving best solution to the customer.
  • He/she should be able to conduct competitive analysis of the market and find opportunity for sales development and make strategy around unique selling point of the product to compete in the developing market.
  • The applicant should be able understand requirements of his prospective customers and must be able to make customize solution around services offered and pricing for effectively closing the lead.
  • He/she must be able to train personnel and helping team members develop their skills and adding value in the overall efficiency of the organization.

Job Description

Key Challenges of the Position:

  • To be responsible for leading sales team to build a pipeline of engaged, qualified prospects to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • To develop a strategy which adds value to the customer business by developing a keen sense of their supply chain and services rendered by the company.
  • To ensure that all customers are managed effectively by the sales team. 
  • To ensure all determined development activities and all targets and annual objectives are met by the sales team and frequently reported.
  • To effectively counter competitors’ initiatives, through the development of strategies and service initiatives.
  • To develop and implement a cost-effective marketing awareness program that will penetrate and support targeted customers.
  • To assist in the development of customer-specific strategies to win competitor business in major and key account portfolios.
  • To ensure that the sales team sells and interacts with customers and prospect customers in a truly consultative way and utilizing value proposition methodology as it is required for complex sales.
  • Work to quickly resolve any problems with a solutions-based approach.  
  • To define training & development plans for all members of the sales team and ensure targets are achieved through coaching and regular assessment of their skills.
  • Work strategically with peers for both the success and the growth of the company.
  • To make continuous efforts for Increasing organization revenue on month-to-month basis.
