We provide training and assessment in Business, Information Technology, Early Childhood Education and Individual Support (Aged Care). Many of our courses incorporate real-life experiences in an Australian workplace.

Job Description

This role requires you to be the key point of contact for our marketing network in Nepal.  
Excellent customer service and sales experience is required together with an understanding of Agent needs and the ability to communicate effectively with International Students and Agents. You will need to be familiar with RTO and CRICOS regulatory requirements and have experience in the marketing sector for the Education industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting students from Nepal
  • Providing ongoing service, support, and training to our existing Agent network
  • Sourcing, appointing and training new Agents
  • Initiating and implementing successful sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Conducting market research and providing reports and recommendations to the Business Development Manager.
  • Coordinating advertising campaigns targeting your nominated markets
  • Assisting with the preparation of marketing material such as brochures, flyers, website etc
  • Responding to walk-ins, phone and email sales enquiries
  • Travel to different cities around Nepal for Agent interactions/seminars
  • Oragnise seminars/meetings for visiting delegates of College with Agents in different cities of Nepal

  • A strong customer focus and sales experience
  • Ability to accept responsibility
  • High motivation and a sound work ethic
  • Be well organised and be able to work to deadlines
  • Be able to resolve conflict effectively
  • Have a strong command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimum supervision
  • Proven work experience within the Education Sector (RTOs, Colleges, ELICOS, Education Agencies, etc)
